ChainIT Version 1.20 Release Notes

We are excited to announce the release of ChainIT Version 1.2, introducing significant new features and enhancements designed to streamline your compliance processes and user experience.

New Features:

Mobile – Task Module

We’ve added a new Task Module to the ChainIT ID mobile app.
Users can now:

View and complete tasks assigned to them by an organization or another user.
Receive push notifications when new tasks are created (e.g., address verification, employment confirmation, document signing request).
See detailed task descriptions and submit required actions or data directly from their phone.

This streamlines verification and KYC/KYB workflows across the platform.

KYB/KYC – KYB Report

The KYB Report is now available in the Business Portal for all KYB clients.
This exportable PDF report includes:

Business verification status
Beneficial ownership summary
Officer/shareholder structure
Watchlist and ID verification results
Verification source and timestamp

The report follows our Org ID token structure and is accessible from the Customer Details page.

KYB Onboarding Enhancements – TIN Number Field

We’ve enhanced the KYB onboarding experience by introducing a required TIN (Tax Identification Number) field when inviting new business customers.
Key improvements:

Ensures accurate business identity matching
Prevents duplicate org creation by checking if the business already exists in the ChainIT platform

This change improves data integrity and simplifies future verification tasks.
