How to Delete Your Account and User Data

Learn how to delete your ChainIT ID account and permanently remove your user data by following these simple steps. Quick and easy guide for account deletion.

If you no longer wish to use ChainIT ID and would like to delete your account and personal data, you can follow the steps below to permanently remove your profile.

Steps to Delete Your ChainIT ID Account:

  1. Open the ChainIT ID App.
  2. Open the Side Menu.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Click "Delete Account."
  5. Confirm Deletion. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Delete to confirm you want to delete your account.
  6. Check Your Email. You will receive an email confirming that your ChainIT ID account has been successfully deleted.

Once you complete these steps, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from the ChainIT platform. Make sure you no longer need access to your account before proceeding, as this action is irreversible.
