How to Delete Your Account and User Data

Learn how to delete your ChainIT ID account and permanently remove your user data by following these simple steps. Quick and easy guide for account deletion.

If you no longer wish to use ChainIT ID and would like to delete your account and personal data, you can follow the steps below to permanently remove your profile.

Steps to Delete Your ChainIT ID Account:

  1. Open the ChainIT App

    • From the Home screen, click on the profile icon located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  2. Scroll Down to Account Settings

    • Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page, and click on the Delete Account button.

  3. Confirm Deletion

    • A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Yes to confirm you want to delete your account and user data.

  4. Receive Confirmation Email

    • After confirming, you will receive an email confirming that your ChainIT profile has been successfully deleted.

Once you complete these steps, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from ChainIT ID. Make sure you no longer need access to your account before proceeding, as this action is irreversible.
