How to Invite a KYC Customer
Invite individuals to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification directly through the ChainIT mobile app. The process is quick, secure, and fully consent-based.
✅ Step-by-Step: Inviting a KYC Customer
1. Navigate to the KYC Product Line
From your ChainIT dashboard, go to KYC and select Customers.
2. Click “Add Customer”
Start a new individual verification by clicking the Add Customer button.
3. Enter Customer Details
Unlike KYB, there’s no ID number or lookup required here.
Just enter:

Full Name
-
Email Address
4. Click Submit
Once entered, click Submit to send the invitation.
✉️ What Happens Next?

The invited user receives an email to complete their onboarding via the ChainIT mobile app.

Their status will appear as Invited in your customer list.

From the action menu, you can:

Edit the invitation
-
Resend the invite
-
Cancel the invitation

Once the customer completes the onboarding and consents to share their verified identity, they’ll appear as Active.
🔍 Viewing Individual Details
Click into an Active customer record to view their verified identity.
Digital Identity (ChainIT ID)
At the top, you’ll see the customer’s personal ChainIT ID.
DMV & ID Verification
Click the Touch Audit buttons to view verified data pulled from:

Government-issued ID (scanned during onboarding)
-
DMV, Sex Offender Registry, and OFAC checks
Full PDF Download
Click Download at the top of the page to generate a printable PDF with all verified KYC details, including:

ChainIT ID metadata

Identity validation results
