How to Sign a Pactvera (End User)
When an organization sends you a Pactvera request, you’ll complete the process securely through the ChainIT ID App. This guide walks you through each step — from the invitation email to submitting your signed document or completed form.
📨 Step 1: Open the Email Invitation
You’ll receive an email inviting you to connect with the sending organization.

Click the link in the email to start.

This link will open (or prompt you to install) the ChainIT ID App.
📱 Step 2: Install or Open the ChainIT ID App
If you don’t already have the app, follow the prompts to install it from the App Store or Google Play.
If you already have it, the link will open the app automatically.
👤 Step 3: Sign Up or Log In
Open the app and either:

Create a new ChainIT ID account (first-time users), or
-
Log in with your existing credentials.
🏢 Step 4: Accept the Organization Invitation
Once logged in, you’ll see an invitation from the sender.
Tap Accept & Continue to connect your ChainIT ID to that organization.
This grants the organization permission to send you documents and forms to complete.
✅ Step 5: Open Your Task
Go to My Tasks inside the app.
Find the request from the organization — it will be labeled with the document or form title.
Tap the item to open it.
📄 Step 6: Review Request Details
At the top of the request, review:

Title and Description (what this Pactvera is for)

Any additional information or attachments
Before you begin:

Check the box to provide biometric consent.

Complete the face scan for secure authentication.

If required, you’ll see a brief e-signature disclosure step — read and continue.
✍️ Step 7: View and Complete the Pactvera
🧾 If It’s a Document

The document will open in the viewer. You can zoom in/out to read the PDF.

Tap Start Signing in the bottom-right corner.

Use the Fill Field button in the same area to move through each required field.

As you sign or fill fields, progress indicators will update automatically.

To clear a field, tap it and select Reset.

When all fields are complete, click Submit to finish.

If you need to decline, click Reject and enter a comment.
🧩 If It’s a Form

The form will open directly inside the app.

Tap each field to enter information — text, numbers, checkboxes, or selections.

When finished, review your entries.

Click Submit to send the completed form.

If you need to decline, tap Reject and enter a comment.
🔒 Step 8: Confirmation and Record

After submission, you’ll see a success message.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email once the document or form is fully completed.

All verified details are tokenized automatically.
To review them anytime:

Go to My Collection › Pactvera in the ChainIT ID App.

Select the completed Pactvera to view its 4Ws VDT details (Who, What, When, Where) and any submitted documents or forms.
✅ You’re done!
Your action has been securely recorded, biometrically verified, and stored as an immutable Validated Data Token (VDT).
