How to Sign a Pactvera (End User)

This guide walks you through how to review and complete a Pactvera after you receive an invitation.

1. Open the Email

You’ll receive an email with a link to access the Pactvera.

  • Click the link in the email to get started
  • This will open (or prompt you to install) the ChainIT ID App

If you don’t see the email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm the correct email address was used

2. Open or Install the ChainIT ID App

  • If you already have the app, the link will open it automatically
  • If not, follow the prompts to install it from the App Store or Google Play

3. Sign Up or Log In

Once the app opens:

  • Create a ChainIT ID (if you’re new), or
  • Log in with your existing account

4. Open Your Task

  • Go to My Tasks in the app
  • Find the Pactvera request (labeled with the document or form name)
  • Tap it to open

5. Review the Request

At the top, review:

  • Title and description
  • Any additional information or attachments

Before continuing:

  • Review and accept any disclosure if required
  • Complete the face scan for authentication

6. Complete the Pactvera

If it’s a document

  1. The document opens in the viewer
  2. Tap Start Signing
  3. Use Fill Field to move through required fields
  4. Complete all required fields and signatures
  5. Tap Submit to finish

To decline:

  • Tap Reject and enter a comment

If it’s a form

  1. The form opens in the app
  2. Fill in all required fields
  3. Review your responses
  4. Tap Submit

To decline:

  • Tap Reject and enter a comment

7. Confirmation and Record

After submission:

  • You’ll see a confirmation message
  • You may receive a confirmation email once the Pactvera is fully completed

To review later:

  • Go to My Collection → Pactvera
  • Select the completed item to view details and submitted content

You’re Done

Your action has been securely completed and recorded as part of the Pactvera.
