Age Verification Reports

Learn how to view and download reports for ChainIT's Age Verification service. Easily track access events, generate reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements—all while protecting user privacy.

To view and download reports for the Age Verification service, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Business Portal

  2. Navigate to Age Verification

    • From the left-side menu, click on Age Verification to access the related settings and tools.

  3. Access Reports

    • Under Age Verification, click on Reports. This will display the details of all age verification access events.

  4. View Report Data

    • The report will show key information for each access event, including:
      • Session ID
      • Token Grade
      • BeingID Level
      • Result (Success/Failure)
      • Location (where the user accessed from)
      • Timestamp (time and date of access)

  5. Filter Reports

    • Use the filter option to narrow down the reports to a specific timeframe. This is useful for viewing only the events that occurred within a particular date range.

  6. Download CSV Report

    • Once you’ve applied your filters (if necessary), click the Download button to download the report as a CSV file. This makes it easy to store, share, or submit reports to regulatory agencies.

  7. Compliance and Data Protection

    • The downloaded report helps ensure compliance with industry and state regulations regarding age verification. Importantly, no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is stored in the system, safeguarding user privacy while maintaining regulatory standards.
