KYB Manage Customers

The Customers section in the ChainIT KYB platform allows users to track and manage business customers as they go through the Know Your Business (KYB) verification process. This guide provides an overview of how to navigate and use this section effectively.

1. Navigating the Customers Dashboard

Log into the ChainIT Business Portal and navigate to Products > KYB > Customers

The Customers dashboard displays a list of businesses that are undergoing KYB verification. Each row represents a business customer, along with key details such as:

  • Business Name – Name of the registered business.
  • Business Email Address – Contact email associated with the business.
  • Business Phone Number – Business’s primary phone number.
  • Primary Contact – The individual responsible for KYB submission.
  • Primary Contact Email Address – Email address of the primary contact person.
  • Status – The current stage of the KYB verification process.
  • Actions – Additional options available via the ellipsis menu (three dots).

2. Understanding KYB Statuses

Each customer has a status that indicates where they are in the verification process. The statuses include:

  • Invited (Orange) – The business has been invited to begin the KYB process but has not yet completed the necessary steps.
  • Rejected (Red) – The KYB application was reviewed and rejected due to non-compliance or incomplete information.
  • Invite Accepted (Green) – The business has accepted the KYB invitation and is actively completing the verification process.
  • Org ID Created (Blue) – The organization has been assigned an Org ID, signifying initial verification has been completed.
  • UBO In Progress (Yellow) – Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) verification is underway.
  • Complete (Green) – The KYB process has been successfully completed.
