Managing Imported Customers and Sending KYB Invitations
Once you import customer data into the ChainIT Business Portal, you can easily manage these records and send KYB invitations to initiate the onboarding process.
Editing Imported Customers
To edit customer information after importing:
- Navigate to Imported Customers.
- Find the customer you want to edit.
- Under the Actions column, click the ellipsis menu (three dots).
- Select Edit.
- Update the required details.
- Save your changes to update the customer record.
Sending KYB Invitations
There are two ways to send KYB invitations to your imported customers:
Option 1: Send KYB Invitations to All Customers
- On the Imported Customers page, click "Send KYB Invitations to All Customers" located at the top-right corner.
- Confirm your action in the pop-up if prompted.
- Invitations will be sent via email to all imported customers listed.
Option 2: Select Specific Customers to Send KYB Invitations
- On the Imported Customers page, individually select customers by checking the boxes next to their names.
- Once selected, the button label in the top-right corner will change to "Send KYB Invitations".
- Click this button to send invitations only to the selected customers.
- Confirm your action in the pop-up if prompted.
Helpful Tips
- Review carefully: Always verify customer data before sending invitations to avoid errors.
- Use the search and filter functions to quickly find and manage specific customer records.
