Locations
The Locations Ledger tracks physical addresses associated with an organization. This includes offices, warehouses, mailing addresses, and other operational sites—each with structured verification and metadata.
Viewing & Managing Locations
You can view locations in table view or grid view, both offering essential metadata:
- Name & Address
- Type (e.g., Office, Warehouse)
- Coordinates (Lat/Long)
- Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) status
- Source (e.g., Registration)
- SOS File Number / State
- Verification Status (e.g., SOS Verified)
The list is sortable and searchable, and pagination supports large datasets.
To edit or delete, use the action menu (three dots) next to any entry.
TIP: Mark the primary location using the “Is Main” toggle.
Adding Locations
To add a location:
- Click “+ Add Location”.
- Fill out fields such as:
- Name
- Address (Line 1 & 2, City, State, Zip)
- Type (Office, Warehouse, etc.)
- Mark if it's the primary (Is Main)
Verification & SOS Matching
Location entries can be SOS Verified by matching address data to registered information on file with the Secretary of State. This enhances confidence for compliance and KYB assessments.
Status indicators ✅ Verified – Indicated address has been matched to official sources
Sharing Location Records
You can select and share multiple location records using the Share option:
- Add recipient email(s)
- Select the relevant addresses
- Click “Send Ledger” to export verified location data
This enables external teams, partners, or auditors to review validated address details securely.
