Pactvera - August 2026 - Release Notes
This Pactvera release expands transaction capabilities, improves KYC-driven agreement workflows, and adds stronger agreement recovery and revision options.
Multi-Party Payouts for TCA Transactions
Pactvera Transactions can now distribute payouts to multiple recipients within a single TCA workflow.
This enhancement supports transactions where proceeds must be divided among multiple participants while keeping payout activity, status changes, and transaction history within the Pactvera record.
Enhanced KYC Pactvera Integration
The KYC invitation workflow now provides stronger Pactvera template support and validation when agreements are included as part of onboarding.
Organizations can attach Pactvera templates to KYC invitations and configure the agreement participants required for the KYC workflow.
Internal Countersigners for KYC Pactvera Templates
When configuring a Pactvera template for a KYC invitation, organizations can now include countersigners from their own organization in addition to the external KYC recipient.
Internal countersigners are selected from eligible Pactvera Signers within the organization. Multiple internal countersigners can be included, and participants can be arranged in the required signing order.
This makes it possible to complete KYC-related agreements that require both the customer and one or more representatives of the sending organization to sign.
Cancel and Replace Pactvera Agreements
Pactvera Agreements can now be cancelled and replaced when an agreement needs to be revised after it has already been sent.
Cancel and Replace preserves the relationship between the original Pactvera and its replacement so the agreement history remains traceable. The cancelled agreement becomes non-actionable, while participants can continue with the replacement agreement.
This feature applies to Pactvera Agreements and is separate from transaction recovery functionality.
Payment and Value Transfer Reversals
Pactvera Transactions now support recovery flows when a payment or value transfer must be reversed after transaction activity has already occurred.
The reversal is recorded as part of the transaction history rather than removing the original activity, preserving a clear record of the original transfer, reversal, and resulting transaction status.
This enhancement supports transaction scenarios where a later condition, rejection, or other unsuccessful outcome requires previously transferred value to be returned.
Additional Improvements
This release also includes improvements to:
- KYC Pactvera participant ordering and document configuration.
- Validation when required documents or forms are included in KYC/KYB invitation workflows.
- Party selection from the full organization Directory, in addition to existing Pactvera Connections.
- Transaction and Pactvera workflow reliability, including fixes related to forms, recipient displays, and duplicate completion notifications.
