Product Ledger

The Products Ledger  captures verified physical goods associated with an organization. Each product is assigned a unique record within the Product Ledger, providing traceability, proof of authenticity, and immutable documentation.

Once a product is minted, it becomes part of the immutable Product Ledger and is linked to device, location, and user metadata.

Product Details
Each product record contains:

• Token Name
• Owner
• Type (e.g., Identification Documents, Loan Agreement – mapped as physical paperwork)
• Created At Timestamp
• Minting Device ID and Type
• Location & GPS Coordinates
• Validator Activity (if applicable)
• Verification Status (e.g., Verified, Self-Verified)

Minted products may include supporting details such as the number of validators, associated documents, and other metadata. Each product record also features full Where / When / Who / What traceability through integrated Touch Audit capabilities. Sharing Products

Use the Share option to securely distribute product records:

• Select products individually or in bulk

• Enter one or more email addresses

• Click Send Ledger to transmit the data

Shared records retain full traceability, including the owner, minting device, location, and verification grade.
