Understanding the KYB Details Page

Once a business completes onboarding, its record becomes Active. Click the organization’s name to open the KYB Details Page, a comprehensive verification record that includes entity details, ownership, officer information, and linked Pactveras.

🧾 General Information

At the top of the KYB profile, you’ll see:

  • Organization Name

  • Email / Contact Info

  • Business Address

  • Entity Type – e.g., Corporation, LLC, or Partnership.

  • Created / Updated / Created By timestamps.

  • Status – Active, In Progress, Pending, or Rejected.

🏢 Organizational Digital Identity

Displays the business’s verified Org ID Token, confirming that the entity’s digital identity has been authenticated through authoritative sources.
Includes:

  • Verification Source (e.g., IRS, SOS)

  • Verification Date

  • Org ID Token QR Code for independent validation via ChainIT Check.

⚙️ KYB Details

Shows the purpose and configuration of the KYB request:

  • Onboarding Configuration Used – Displays the preconfigured set of rules and add-ons applied.

  • Add-On Summary – Quick overview of selected add-ons.

🧩 Enhanced Verifications & Add-Ons

Displays all additional verifications performed during the KYB process, grouped by entity and role:

  • Business-Level Verifications

  • Officer-Level Verifications

  • Shareholder-Level Verifications

  • Employee-Level Verifications

Each record includes:

  • Verification Type – e.g., Bank Account Ownership, Background Screenings.

  • Status – Completed, Pending, or Failed.

  • Result – Verified / Match Found / Not Verified.

✅ Verified Details

Displays all verified business data retrieved from authoritative sources.

Entity Information:

  • Legal Name

  • Entity Type

  • Formation Date and State

  • Registered Business Address

  • Website and Phone Number

  • Business Status (Active / Inactive)

Each value shows the verification source:

  • 🟢 IRS Verified

  • 🟢 SOS Verified

  • 🟢 DMV Verified

Watchlists:
Business-level screening results across OFAC, BIS, FATF, and UN lists

👥 Associated Users

Lists all verified individuals tied to the business:

  • BeingID

  • Job Title / Role

  • Full Name

  • Actions – Click the 👁️ icon to view the linked KYC record.

🧾 Pactveras

Shows all Pactveras attached to this business, such as ownership attestations or officer authorizations.
Each record displays:

  • Title

  • Recipients

  • Status (Pending, Completed, Valitorum)

  • Created / Updated timestamps
    Each entry links to its corresponding Touch Audit, which shows the full verified 4Ws.

🌍 Locations

Lists registered and operational business locations.

  • Each entry includes File Name, Type, and Address.

  • A map view at the bottom visualizes verified location points and recent interactions.
