Viewing Customer Details & Downloading KYB Reports
The Customer Details section of the ChainIT Business Portal enables users to view comprehensive information related to each customer enrolled in the KYB (Know Your Business) process. As customers move through the KYB workflow, more detailed information becomes available, with complete details provided once the customer status reaches "Active".
Accessing Customer Details
To view detailed information about a customer:
- Navigate to the Customers list.
- Double click the specific customer record whose details you want to view or select the customer record then Actions > View.
- Customer Details page will be displayed.
Understanding Customer Details
The Customer Details page displays several sections that provide clarity on the customer's KYB status, organizational identity, and related documents:
General Information
- Customer ID, Creation date, Last update, Created by
- Business Contact Information: Email, Phone Number, Primary Contact name, and email address.
Associated Users
Lists the Officers and Shareholders associated with the organization:
- Name, Role, BeingID Level, and Verification Source (e.g., SOS Verified, Government Direct).
Documents
Lists important documents submitted during KYB verification:
- Document name, Type, Submission date, Validators count, Status (e.g., New, Reviewed).
Organizational Digital Identity (Expanded View for Active Customers)
As the customer progresses to an "Active" status, detailed sections become fully visible:

- Business Address with Latitude and Longitude
- Verification status (e.g., GPS Verified, SOS Verified)
- Option to view audit logs via the "Touch Audit" button.

- Date the record was created
- Date the Organization ID was minted
- Audit log access via the "Touch Audit" button.

Who:
- Information about key individuals associated with the business (e.g., name, location, ChainIT ID, BeingID verification grade).
- Access to an audit log.

- QR code related to the organizational identity for quick access and verification purposes.
- Audit log access.
Downloading the KYB Report as a PDF
To download a comprehensive KYB report:
- On the Customer Details page, click the "Download" button located in the top right corner.
- A PDF document will download, containing a full record of the customer's KYB details, verification results, and status history.
Helpful Tips
- Regularly review customer statuses to ensure timely action.
- Use the audit log ("Touch Audit") for transparency and compliance tracking.
