ChainIT ID securely pulls all profile data directly from the information on your driver’s license and verifies it against DMV records. Because we only store and display validated information, any updates to your name, address, or other personal details need to be made through an updated driver’s license.
If you’ve recently changed your name or moved, you will need to obtain a new driver’s license that reflects these changes. Once you have your updated license, you can upload it in the ChainIT ID app to update your profile information. This ensures all stored data remains accurate and legally verified.
