Create Your Individual ChainIT ID Account and Mint Your Org ID

After entering the Beneficial Ownership details, you'll be asked to create your individual ChainIT ID.

This step verifies your identity and finalizes the process by tokenizing your Org ID.

  • Download the App
    • With your mobile phone, open your camera and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
    • Install the ChainIT ID app.

  • Create Your Login

    • Click Sign Up.
    • Email Address & Password: Enter your personal email address and create a secure password.
      • Be sure to use your personal email address—this keeps your digital identity tied to you, even if your organization or role changes.
      • You can also sign up with Google or Apple.
    • Privacy Policy & Terms: Read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to proceed.
  • Identity Verification
    • Biometric Face Scan: Follow the prompt to take a selfie for identity verification. 
      • Note: Liveness checks ensure all users are real, not bots or deepfakes.
    • ID Scan: Scan the front and back of your government-issued photo ID.
      • Note: Your ID is uploaded for verification, but it is not shared with any outside parties. 

  • Set a Pin for Your Digital Wallet

    • Enter a pin. Click Next.
    • Confirm the pin by entering it once again and clicking Submit.
    • Click Continue.
  • Payment
    • Choose your preferred payment method:
      • Credit Card: Enter your credit card information.
      • Connected Payment Partner: Use one of our connected payment partners.
      • Promo Code: Enter a promo code if you have one.
  • Congratulations! 
    • Your digital identity has been created and is stored in your digital wallet.
      • In the admin portal, view your digital identity by clicking on your initials in the top-right corner, then clicking Profile.
    • Your business's Org ID will be minted automatically.
      • Navigate to Administration > My Org ID to view the tokenized details of your Org ID.
